Mr. Bouck is a former officer with the New York State Park Police as well as an author, investigator, and former Director of the New York State division of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON). MUFON is a national organization that receives between 500 and 1,000 reported sightings of unidentified flying objects. The reports are each sent to an investigator in the area of the sighting and the investigation is done with a strict protocol using the scientific method. MUFON maintains a scientific review board with scientists with backgrounds in electrical engineering, physics, chemistry, geology, biology, computer science and astronomy. Through his work as the Director of the New York State Division of MUFON, Jim has had extensive exposure to sightings of UFO’s by very credible sources.
