Charlie Curtis, BCH is an award winning Board Certified Hypnotist who has been teaching stress management since 1983. He is on the continuing education faculty of the National Guild of Hypnotists and is a columnist in their quarterly journal, "The Journal Of Hypnotism." He is also a Master Trainer for NFNLP (National Federation of Neuro Linguistic Programming), and a Mindfulness Meditation Trainer.

He offers a one year program to train students to become certified as a Consulting Hypnotist, going from being a beginner to being trained in graduate level textbooks to make a living as a hypnotist, or for those already in a licensed profession, to add this skillset to an existing medical or mental health degree.

He also maintains a busy private practice and for the last several years has been associated with a counseling center, using hypnotic skills to assist a multidisciplinary team of licensed professionals in lowering stress in clients dealing with chronic medical and psychological conditions. He combines Direct and Ericksonian Hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mindfulness Meditation, and Therapeutic Journaling.
